One of the best songs I have heard in a while adds Mary J to the remix, which was performed at the VMAs. Usually I don't like remix's that add female artists like her but it would be near impossible to butcher this ridiculous song. This is one of my favorite tracks of 2010 for sure.
This is the newest track from up and coming artist Kevin Cossom. I'm a big fan of what this guy brings to the table and this song is no different. He recruits Diddy, who sucks in just about every song he's in, and Loso, who has a sick verse. Cool party song so check it out.
This song is set to be on Akon's upcoming album Akonic, which hits stores November 23rd. This definitely sounds like the Akon of old, and he gets the Boss to rap a nice verse at the end. The Runners produce a nice song here to pump you up.
This will be the first and if not definitely one of the singles off Chris Breezy's album F.A.M.E, which has yet to get a release date. This song has a very pop feeling, but is really catchy and definitely will tear up the radio. If your a fan of Chris Brown, definitely give this song a hear.
You already know this is gonna be a hit just based on the people in this song. 50 jumps on Lloyd's new single off his upcoming King of Hearts album. This will definitely get a lot of radio play, so check it out.
Another good track off of Wayne's upcoming album I Am Not A Human Being which drops tomorrow. I'm definitely feeling this track and I shouldn't even have to convince you to listen to a song which features Lil Wayne and Drake.
After listening through his Party Records mixtape, I have come to the conclusion that this is my favorite, or at least one of my favorite tracks. Sick beat and party song and I'm loving what he's rapping about. I'm tryin to continue living the dream like Sam Adams is in this pic as his friend is giving him a haircut with a cheap handle of vodka while he still has a hot girl around his arm. Very nice Sammy, very nice.
I really like this guy Young Cash, aka Joey Galaxy. Another really good R&B track here by Nappy Boy Entertainment's Young Cash. I'm looking forward to hopefully hearing more from this guy in the future.
Who in the hell is DJ Freddy Fred? Whatever, this song goes so hard its insane. Young Buck absolutely murders this track and Murphy Lee kills it too. Don't shy away from trying this sick track out because its by some fool Freddy Fred.
New Soulja Boy featuring 50 Cent off of Soulja's forthcoming album The DeAndre Way. Pretty decent song thanks to 50 Cent. Listen up and judge for yourself cause you may love it.
Pretty good track off of Lil Wayne's forthcoming album, I Am Not A Human Being which is dropping September 27th. Lil Wayne recruits his Young Money crew here. Unfortunately you gotta wait till the final verse to hear Lil Wayne but it's a good one.
This entire mixtape is insane and filled with dope party tracks with sick beats. Sammy Adams released this mixtape as a free download so get it here! You can preview the tracks at this link as well. May be posting my favorite tracks from this mixtape individually later. Enjoy!Click Here for Sam Adams - Party Records Mixtape
Pretty good track here, but no word as to whether it will be on her upcoming debut studio album Pink Friday. As I stated earlier, I have some respect for Nicki Minaj because she is one of the few female rappers who I actually find tolerable. Stay tuned for Nicki Minaj's album because I bet it's going to surprise us all.
Another day, another hot Bruno Mars track. I particularly like this one for some reason. Seems as if this whole album might be worth getting once it comes out. If you're digging Bruno Mars new music like I am, go and get his album Doo-Wops and Hooligans which is set to drop October 5th.
As Tony P previously said, not too many promising songs off Gucci's new CD. ODog featuring Wyclef Jean looks like it's gonna be as good we're gonna get on this new CD. We'll have to see when the whole thing drops but for now, check this song out.
I really haven't been feeling what I've heard from Gucci lately, and his album The Appeal: Georgia's Most Wanted is just about to drop on the 28th. From what I have heard thus far, I personally think this will be the best song on the album. Estelle is nice on the chorus and Gucci does his thing.
This is such a dirty, fast-paced, hard, pump-up song by Playboy Tre featuring Lil Jon. I had to choose this picture once I saw it and considering this is off of his recent mixtape The Last Call. The hook on this song gets me pretty fired up so listen up.
Wow how I love you J.Lo. Really good song here which I believe will be off of her upcoming album Love?.Rick Ross has two real nice verses on this track. I like this collabo by these three artists, awesome song in general too.
I'm slowly becoming a huge Bruno Mars fan the more and more I hear his music. At first I was indifferent about this track but it's starting to really grow on me. This has a different, reggae type of feel to it but give it a shot, I think you will have the same reaction as I did. Off of his forthcoming album Doo-Wops & Hooligans, which is due out October 5th.
Okay so the only reason I listened to this song is because I saw that it was a hot girl group with Flo Rida in it. I figured this was a club song but its fits more into the pop genre. This is off the British girl-group's mini album Headlines! If you're into this type of music it's definitely worth a listen.
Lupe adds an excellent touch to remix this already almost perfect track. This song is absolutely amazing and I've been waiting for a solid remix to come out. Maybe this is a sign of good music to come through the rest of the week. We can only hope.
Slow, smooth R&B track by Ne-Yo right here and is the perfect song to wrap up what was a pretty slow weekend for new music in general. Nice song here though if you like Ne-Yo and this type of music.
Flocka and Roscoe Dash team up again for Waka's 3rd single off his album Flockaveli, which comes out on October 5th. Everyone goes in over a pretty crazy Drumma Boy beat, so give it a listen.
Both of these tracks feature my boy Sammy Adams, and are on G. Curtis' Falling Up EP. G. Curtis is the second artist debuting from 1st Round Records. The song Still I Rise is also on Sam Adams album Boston's Boy. Two real good tracks here so try 'em out.
These tracks aren't necessarily brand new but they are both dope. The track Just Sayin' is off of hisEP Boston's Boy - Deluxe Edition, and is one of the best songs on the album. The second is Sammy mp3 going over Gucci Mane's Lemonade beat.
Real nice, smooth track from Ricky Blaze here. Maino has a dirty verse on this remix to start off the song. I've been following Maino since I heard a sick verse from him on some underground song back in High School, so naturally I listened to this once I saw that he was featured. I'm really feeling this song.
This is the first single off Cudi's second album, Man On The Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager, which is currently set to drop on November 9th. The song features Kanye, who comes through with a solid verse. Cudi is always bringing different music to the table, so give it a listen.
Definitely a stand out track from Trigga Trey's new CD, Passion, Pain & Pleasure, which dropped on September 14th. Smooth R&B track with a catchy beat and hook, so check it out. Go out and support Trey by buying this album.
Sick song off of Pill's mixtape 1140: The Overdose. Iyaz kills the hook and Pill does his thing. I got this guy on my radar cause this mixtape is pretty legit.
I'm not gonna lie the only reason I gave this song a shot is because I saw that Pitbull was in it. Glad I listened though cause it's a pretty sick party/club song with a nice beat. Off of her album No Gravity which drops September 21.
This is a song from a girl by the name of Jasmyne. This song features southern rappers Waka Flocka and Roscoe Dash who both come through with sick verses. The beat goes real hard so give it a hear.
This is Lloyd Banks second single off his new album, The Hunger for More 2, which is set to drop on November 23rd. Lloyd is on the hook, it's definitely a good party song with a catchy beat.
Yes this is by Jon Connor and no he is not the terminator. But this song is sick, definitely a good pump up song. Listen to this song with an open mind, I am confident that you will like it.
50 Cent is such a beast, I found myself listening to all his classic tracks yesterday for hours. Pretty good song here, I'm trying to jump back on the 50 bandwagon.
Here's a new track from DJ Holiday. Not too sure who DJ Holiday is, but he recruits some nice people like Yo Gotti, Pill, Waka Flocka, and some dude named SL Jones. Waka Flocka kills it at the end, so check it out cause it's definitely a banger.
Two really nice R&B tracks off of Marques Houston's album Mattress Music which dropped just three days ago. I think you can figure out for yourself what every single song on this album is about.
Great song off of Bruno Mars EP It's Better If You Don't Understand and will also be on his forthcoming album which is set to release October 5. Nice verse by B.o.B as well on this track.
Okay I know I posted this a few days ago but this is the version that is closest to what he performed live at the VMA's. It includes the samples from the keyboard that he had in the middle of the stage. I definitely like this version more than the past version I posted so give it a shot.
Chris Brown hasn't missed a beat since his whole incident with Rihanna. This came out probably a little over a month ago but I had to post it cause it's insanely good.
Ridiculous party and club song. If you don't already have this song you gotta get it as soon as possible. I wonder if DJ Felli Fel's CD entitled Go DJ! will ever come out. Pretty ridiculous that the first single off of it was Get Buck In Here all the way back in 2007. Regardless, this song is sick.
Nice, smooth R&B tracks off of Tank's upcoming album Now or Never. I haven't heard anything from him in a long time but I am digging these songs for sure.
I love Yo Gotti, he is definitely going to blow up soon. This is a single off of his forthcoming album Live From The Kitchen which is set to be released mid November. Ciara is nice on this track.
